Brittini Ward is an Emmy award-winning spoken word artist and the author of “Arms, Legs, Hips, and Thighs.” She debuted the libretto “The Seer” at The Kennedy Center and was featured in the award-winning play “Trouble Don’t Last.” She was Poet Laureate for the Irwin House and has works displayed at Haverford College. She has performed at the Foundations of Fatherhood Annual Conference, Motown Museum, Detroit Institute of Arts, Aretha Jazz Cafe, and Garden Theatre. She has facilitated workshops at Vista Maria Home for Girls, Mama Akua Community House, Petty Propolis, and The Kennedy Center.
